I’ve always loved using words. When I was a little girl in first grade, I actually wrote my first book. It was called “Hurray, it’s summer!”, and it included a bunch of drawings and spelling mistakes. Naturally, I wanted to write professionally when I grew up – and thankfully, I was able to pursue this dream as a journalist, strategist and UX Writer. Here’s a selection of my work.
I’ve been working in content strategy for several years now: After having worked as a journalist for some time, I started working in content strategy and marketing in 2013: First for for clients like musician Meshell Ndegeocello, then for companies such as CoffeeCup App or Objective Software.
In the past couple of years, however, my focus has shifted back to editorial strategy for CHIP and Burda Forward. Then, I finally also was able to focus on UX Design, especially on UX writing and information architecture.
Full disclosure: Most of the websites I have worked on in the past aren’t the same any more. In the case of Objective Software, it doesn’t even exist. The company has merged with another and therefore sunsetted the brand.
I have been creating an extensive set of templates and workshops. Here’s a taste of my template and workshop collection. Feel free to use and adapt them for your own purposes!
As you can tell from the list the platform Muck Rack has compiled, I have published close to 500 articles in the span of my career. Here, I’ve chosen a small selection of articles, which have been published between 2011 and 2021 on various publications in both English and German.
